Role of the Nurse Educator:
The Nurse Educator is responsible for delivering professional development and educational programs to empower nursing staff in adapting to modern practices and acquiring essential evidence-based knowledge and skills for optimal patient care. Key responsibilities encompass assessing, planning, executing, and evaluating the educational requirements of nursing personnel.
