Requirements:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent.
- Must comply with CLIA regulations regarding foreign education equivalency.
- Six months experience as a phlebotomist or completion of a one-semester course in phlebotomy.
- PBT(ASCP) - Phlebotomy Technician upon hire preferred.
