We are seeking a skilled Cytotechnologist to join our team at a clinical laboratory in Wenatchee, WA. As a Cytotechnologist, you will play a crucial role in the determination of possible malignant or related abnormal conditions in gynecologic and non-gynecologic specimens.

The ideal candidate will have a B.A./B.S. in Biological Science and be certified as a Cytotechnologist (CT) by the American Society of Clinical Pathology (ASCP). Prior experience working in Cytology is preferred, but not required. The successful candidate will be able to work independently or within a team, have strong communication skills, and be highly organized with a strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities will include screening and evaluating specimens, performing microscopic evaluations, and ensuring proper documentation of workload recording. The Cytotechnologist will also be responsible for maintaining absolute integrity in the accurate performance and reporting of results, meeting slide screening requirements, and finalizing testing results in a timely manner.
