Medical Laboratory Technician

At LCH Lab. Corp. of America Holdings, we are committed to delivering exceptional patient care and service. As a Medical Laboratory Technician, you will play a vital role in our team by collecting and processing specimens for laboratory testing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collect blood samples from patients using venipuncture and capillary techniques
- Process and prepare specimens for testing and analysis
- Provide accurate and timely data entry of patient information
- Maintain patient and specimen information logs
- Offer superior customer service to patients and colleagues
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Phlebotomy certification or completed training program from an accredited agency
- Proven track record in providing exceptional customer service
- Strong communication skills; both written and verbal
We offer a competitive pay range of $17.00 – $26.03 an hour and a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, life, STD/LTD, 401(k), and paid time off.
