As a Registered Nurse Supervisor at PruittHealth, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional care to our residents. We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate RN to join our team in a Weekend Supervisor position at Carolina Point.

About the Role

This is a full-time opportunity to work every Friday, Saturday, and Sunday from 9am to 5pm. As a Weekend RN Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of nurses and ensuring the highest level of care for our residents. Responsibilities

As a Weekend RN Supervisor, you will be responsible for:

  • Leading a team of nurses to deliver high-quality care to residents.
  • Ensuring the smooth operation of the nursing unit during your shift.
  • Communicating effectively with residents, families, and other healthcare professionals.
  • Participating in quality improvement initiatives and contributing to a culture of excellence.
Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you must:

  • Hold an active, current, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of practice.
  • Demonstrate strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
