Leadership Opportunity

Hollywood Presbyterian hospital is seeking a seasoned clinical supervisor to lead our maternal and child care units. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving excellence in patient care, nursing practice, and operational efficiency.

Key Accountabilities:
  • Developing and implementing strategic plans to improve patient outcomes, reduce costs, and enhance the overall quality of care.
  • Leading and motivating nursing staff, including conducting regular performance evaluations and providing coaching and development opportunities.
  • Collaborating with other departments, including medicine, pharmacy, and laboratory, to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes.
Requirements:

To be considered for this position, you must have a minimum of 7 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong background in nursing leadership and operations management. You should also possess excellent business acumen, with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make informed decisions.

Compensation and Benefits:

The estimated salary for this position is $125,000 per year, based on industry standards and location. Additionally, the hospital offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
