Senior Technical Program Manager

Position Overview:
The Global Time & Attendance division is responsible for the essential systems utilized by millions of associates globally to ensure accurate compensation for their work hours. We are seeking a Technical Program Manager to enhance the compliance and efficiency of our internal tools for associates worldwide.
About the Team:
The Enterprise People Technology team is dedicated to the effective implementation and adoption of innovative People technology across the organization. As a leading Fortune 1 company, our initiatives have a significant impact on millions of associates around the globe. We are committed to continuously enhancing our technology and products to empower managers and associates to focus on what truly matters - serving our customers and members. People Technology is a vital segment of Walmart Global Tech's Enterprise Business Services, focused on creating a streamlined, robust organization that encompasses service operations and technological solutions for Finance, People, and the Associate Digital Experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Translate business stakeholder needs into technical requirements to prioritize engineering and design efforts.
- Collaborate closely with engineering and system design teams to ensure that technical solutions align with business objectives.
- Manage projects across various functions, engaging both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience working in a cross-functional capacity within a large organization.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey information effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences, including senior leadership.
- Experience with Agile software development methodologies and tools such as JIRA and Confluence.
- Background as a Technical Program Manager, Software Developer, or in a similar technical role.
