This position will facilitate interdepartmental collaboration, manage project timelines, and guarantee the timely delivery of high-quality solutions that align with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and steer the strategic roadmap for web crawling initiatives, ensuring alignment with business goals and technical specifications.
- Oversee the complete program lifecycle, encompassing planning, scheduling, risk assessment, and communication with stakeholders.
- Work closely with engineering teams, product managers, and stakeholders to collect requirements, prioritize projects, and ensure effective program execution.
- Recognize and address risks, dependencies, and obstacles; escalate issues and drive resolutions as necessary.
- Create comprehensive project plans, monitor progress against milestones, and provide regular updates to leadership and cross-functional teams.
- Facilitate decision-making processes, fostering alignment and consensus among various teams and stakeholders.
- Continuously enhance processes, tools, and methodologies to improve program delivery efficiency and quality.
- 5+ years of experience working directly with engineering teams.
- 5+ years of experience in technical product or program management.
- 3+ years of experience in software development.
- Proven experience managing programs across cross-functional teams, establishing processes, and coordinating release schedules.
- 5+ years of experience in project management disciplines, including scope, schedule, budget, quality, as well as risk and critical path management.

- Experience defining KPIs/SLAs to drive multimillion-dollar businesses and reporting to senior leadership.
