Job Summary

Casa Serena Job Listings is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Program Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in ensuring the well-being and success of our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative and clinical support to all departments, ensuring seamless operations and high-quality care.
  • Collaborate with the Residential Manager to maintain compliance with governing entities and uphold organizational standards.
  • Assist clients in achieving program goals while promoting a safe and supportive living environment.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to a positive and inclusive team culture.
  • Offer psychoeducation support to clients, guided by the clinical team, to promote personal growth and development.
  • Assist with client admissions and discharges, ensuring a smooth transition process.
  • Monitor and report client behavior that may require medical or psychological intervention, prioritizing their safety and well-being.
  • Maintain accurate and clinically informed documentation, adhering to policies and procedures.
  • Transport and supervise clients to various activities, promoting socialization and engagement.
  • Facilitate medication observation and perform crisis management as needed, demonstrating a commitment to client care.
  • Conduct High Risk Rounds and Withdrawal Screenings, guided by the Healthcare Manager and Medical Team, to ensure client safety.
  • Administer UA drug screenings and perform room and property searches, upholding organizational standards.
  • Organize and facilitate group activities, promoting socialization and community building.
  • Collaborate with all departments to provide a professional and compassionate environment, ensuring client satisfaction and well-being.
  • Ensure a safe and secure environment throughout the facility, prioritizing client safety and well-being.
Requirements
  • Experience in a behavioral health treatment facility is preferred.
  • Basic computer skills are required.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential for effective collaboration with clients and administration.
  • A valid driver's license and current personal auto insurance are required.
  • A clean driving record and insurability by our insurance carrier are necessary.
