Key Responsibilities:
This position is pivotal in delivering comprehensive financial insights to the Leadership Team, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting to essential stakeholders, and collaborating closely on strategic initiatives. The role will report directly to the Deputy Group CFO and will involve significant interaction with the Group CFO.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) qualification.
- Extensive experience in Finance, particularly in a Regional Controller capacity, encompassing both Accounting and Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A).
- Experience working within an international organization, adept at managing cross-time zone operations.
- Background in the pharmaceutical sector.
- Strong expertise in financial planning and forecasting.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience in private equity-backed environments and familiarity with Mergers & Acquisitions (preferred).
- Knowledge of ERP system migrations (preferred).
- Exceptional communication, networking, analytical, and organizational skills.
- Proactive, organized, and self-driven with a high level of initiative.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic business landscape.
The Senior Finance Executive will be responsible for:
- Overseeing all financial functions for the organization, including reporting, accounting, taxation, treasury, and strategic business planning.
- Contributing significantly to the formulation and execution of business strategies, including supporting business development efforts.
- Providing timely and precise financial information to business partners.
- Ensuring the efficient management of financial operations, encompassing all aspects of contracting, pricing, and market access.
- Offering technical accounting guidance on commercial agreements.
- Leading a team of finance professionals.
- Coordinating with external auditors and advisory firms.
- Executing additional responsibilities as assigned by the Line Manager.
