Clinical Care Specialist

Quadrant, Inc. is seeking a skilled Clinical Care Specialist to support our primary care team in Short Pump, VA.
Estimated Salary: $32 per hour (based on experience)
About the RoleThis is a unique opportunity for an experienced Registered Nurse to provide clinical and administrative assistance to our physicians while also delivering exceptional patient care.
The ideal candidate will have strong primary care experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Job Responsibilities:
- Provide physical care and carry out therapeutic and medical regimens as ordered by physicians.
- Triage and assess client health concerns to determine appropriate response.
- Assess and report vital signs and measurements; collect specimens.
- Administer medications and treatment as prescribed.
- Perform procedures such as IV placement, nebulizer treatments, and phlebotomy.
- Assist with medical and minor surgical procedures.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A current State of VA license.
- BLS/CPR certification.
- Primary care experience.
- Phlebotomy skills.
- Triage and assessment skills.
- Vital signs and measurement collection skills.
