We are seeking a skilled Nurse Care Specialist to join our team

Job Overview:

  • This role requires no prior dialysis experience.
  • You will receive comprehensive training in a facility or training clinic.
  • You may be required to float to various clinics during and after training.
  • A flexible schedule is necessary, including morning, evening, weekend, and holiday shifts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build meaningful relationships with patients and their families in an intimate outpatient setting.
  • Collaborate with a supportive team in a positive environment.
  • Deliver high-quality care to patients with multiple co-morbidities, requiring unique treatment plans and broad nursing skills.
  • Oversee patient care with the support of PCTs, conducting observations, measuring stats, and machine setup.
  • Work in a fast-paced environment using your head, heart, and hands each day.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary range of $73,500 - $104,000 per year.

Requirements:

  • An Associate's Degree in Nursing (A.D.N.) from an accredited school of nursing.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (B.S.N.) or three-year diploma from an accredited diploma program may be substituted for a nursing degree.
  • Experience in ICU, CCU, ER, or Med Surg may be beneficial but is not required.
  • Certified Nephrology Nurse (CNN) or Certified Dialysis Nurse (CDN) certification is a plus.
