About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining strong relationships with our customers, identifying their needs, and providing them with tailored solutions to meet their insurance and financial service needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with our customers, responding to their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Needs Assessment: Identify customers' needs and provide them with tailored solutions to meet their insurance and financial service needs.
  • Product Education: Educate customers about our insurance and financial service products, highlighting the benefits and features of each product.
  • Lead Generation: Develop leads and schedule appointments with customers to discuss their insurance and financial service needs.
Requirements
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Possess excellent written, verbal, and listening communication skills to effectively interact with customers and colleagues.
  • Customer-Focused: Be customer-focused and able to build strong relationships with customers.
  • Detail-Oriented: Be detail-oriented and able to accurately process customer information and transactions.
  • Proactive Problem-Solving: Be proactive in problem-solving and able to resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Team Player: Be a team player and able to work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals.
