Key Responsibilities
- Conduct phone interviews with prospective clients and class members.
- Assist in managing and routing incoming calls.
- Perform administrative tasks such as document management and correspondence.
- Research company backgrounds.
- Support attorneys in various pre- and post-litigation tasks.
