Customer Success Onboarding Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Onboarding Manager to join our team at Sigma Computing. As a key member of our customer success team, you will be responsible for guiding new customers through the onboarding process, ensuring a seamless transition to our cloud analytics and business intelligence platform.
Key Responsibilities- Drive Customer Onboarding: Develop and execute onboarding plans to ensure new customers achieve their desired outcomes with Sigma Computing.
- Provide Expert Guidance: Offer technical expertise and support to customers, helping them to navigate our platform and overcome any challenges they may face.
- Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with sales, customer success, and product teams to ensure a cohesive and effective onboarding experience.
- Identify and Mitigate Risks: Proactively identify potential onboarding roadblocks and develop strategies to mitigate them, ensuring a smooth and successful onboarding process.
- Document Best Practices: Develop and maintain documentation on best practices for onboarding, sharing knowledge and expertise with the team.
- 7+ Years of Experience: In data warehousing, data analytics, or business intelligence, with a strong background in technical roles.
- Technical Expertise: Proficiency in cloud data warehouses, business intelligence tools, and data modeling techniques.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to explain complex technical concepts in a clear and concise manner, adapting to the knowledge level of the customer.
- Customer-Focused: Strong customer relationship skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Competitive Compensation: Salary range $105,000 - $150,000 annually, with opportunities for variable pay and stock options.
