Customer Onboarding Manager

We're seeking a highly skilled Customer Onboarding Manager to join our team at Braze. As a key member of our customer success organization, you will be responsible for ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for our clients, empowering them to achieve their goals and drive business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute onboarding strategies to accelerate time-to-value for our clients
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality onboarding experiences
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their business needs and goals
- Design and deliver engaging training programs to ensure clients are equipped to get the most out of our platform
- Monitor and analyze onboarding metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize the onboarding process
- 2+ years of experience in customer onboarding, implementation, or project management
- Proven track record of delivering successful onboarding experiences and driving customer adoption
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and identify areas for improvement
- Experience with project management tools and methodologies, such as Agile or Scrum
