About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled Customer Onboarding Manager to join our team at Braze. As a key member of our customer success organization, you will be responsible for ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for our clients, empowering them to achieve their goals and drive business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute onboarding strategies to accelerate time-to-value for our clients
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality onboarding experiences
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their business needs and goals
  • Design and deliver engaging training programs to ensure clients are equipped to get the most out of our platform
  • Monitor and analyze onboarding metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize the onboarding process
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in customer onboarding, implementation, or project management
  • Proven track record of delivering successful onboarding experiences and driving customer adoption
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and identify areas for improvement
  • Experience with project management tools and methodologies, such as Agile or Scrum
