Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and enforce company standards for manufacturing operations, including housekeeping, safety, and maintenance
  • Provide exceptional leadership to staff, assessing performance, and directing operational activities to ensure safety, product quality, and consistency
  • Implement and enforce safety programs to ensure a safe working environment
  • Leverage existing tools to drive process improvement methods and enhance productivity
  • Procure and negotiate raw materials, ensuring availability to meet production demand
  • Develop and sustain a preventive maintenance program
  • Oversee the financial performance of the facility, including P&L, budget, forecast, inventory management, labor, and capital planning
Requirements
  • 2-year degree or equivalent combination of education, industry experience, and training
  • 2+ years of manufacturing management experience
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills
