Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Site Acquisition Manager to join our team at First Point Group. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of site acquisition, ensuring seamless project execution and delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage site acquisition activities, including site file audits, RFDS reviews, and coordination with service providers.
  • Coordinate with external interfaces, such as ASP principals or leads, and customer SA, to ensure effective communication and project progress.
  • Develop and implement site acquisition strategies to meet project requirements and deadlines.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design services, engineering, and construction, to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and obtain necessary approvals for site acquisition.
  • Prepare and submit site acquisition documents, including LL notifications and regulatory submissions.
  • Manage site access and coordinate with civil work and installation teams to ensure smooth project execution.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in site acquisition, project management, or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to analyze complex project requirements and develop effective site acquisition strategies.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate project risks.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
