Clinical Manager Job Description

Bethesda Chevy Chase Surgery Center is seeking a skilled Clinical Manager to lead our team of dedicated healthcare professionals.

Job Summary

The Clinical Manager will be responsible for ensuring the seamless operation of our facility, driving the successful execution of surgical procedures, and maintaining our reputation as a state-of-the-art surgical center.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of healthcare professionals to deliver exceptional patient care and outcomes.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and patient satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with physicians and staff to maintain high-quality standards and regulatory compliance.
  • Manage budgets, resources, and performance evaluation procedures to ensure optimal facility performance.
  • Provide excellent communication and leadership skills to drive team success.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a clinical manager or other managerial position.
  • Experience in clinical supervision and program management.
  • Solid understanding of budgeting, resourcing, and performance evaluation procedures.
  • Excellent knowledge of standards and regulations for the clinical field.
  • Proficient in MS Office and computer systems.
  • Excellent communication and people skills.
  • Exceptional organizational and leadership skills.
