About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Manager to join our team at Bethesda Chevy Chase Surgery Center. As a Clinical Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless operation of our facility, driving the successful execution of surgical procedures across multiple specialties.

As a leader, you will collaborate closely with our team of dedicated healthcare professionals to maintain our reputation as a state-of-the-art surgical center. Your expertise in clinical supervision, program management, and budgeting will be essential in achieving our goals.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the clinical team to ensure high-quality patient care and efficient surgical operations
  • Develop and implement clinical policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Collaborate with physicians and staff to maintain a positive and productive work environment
  • Manage budgets and resources to ensure effective use of facilities and personnel
  • Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient satisfaction and outcomes
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a clinical manager or other managerial position
  • Experience in clinical supervision and program management
  • Solid understanding of budgeting, resourcing, and performance evaluation procedures
  • Excellent knowledge of standards (e.g. ISO) and regulations for the clinical field
  • Proficient in MS Office and computer systems (e.g. patient management software)
  • Excellent communication and people skills
  • Exceptional organizational and leadership skills
  • Aptitude in resolving issues and conflicts
