Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform various administrative tasks, including typing, proofreading, copying, filing, and printing correspondence.
  • Answer phones, route calls, and take messages in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Organize internal and external meetings, including scheduling and preparing materials.
  • Make travel arrangements for staff and manage appointments and calendars.
  • Be responsible for opening and distributing division mail.
Requirements
