Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and Monitor Work Activities: Oversee the daily operations of the custodial team, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Team Management: Assist in the hiring, onboarding, and training of new team members, as well as provide guidance and support to existing staff.
  • Quality and Safety Inspections: Conduct regular inspections to ensure that team members are following proper safety protocols and maintaining high standards of quality.
  • Reporting and Record-Keeping: Compile and maintain accurate records of team performance, including quality and safety metrics.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Serve as a liaison between management and front-line staff, ensuring that all parties are informed and aligned on key issues.

Requirements

  • Experience: 2+ years of management experience in janitorial or facilities management.
  • Language Skills: Bilingual in Spanish.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Teams.
  • Other Requirements: Reliable transportation to and from site, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and flexibility to adapt to changing circumstances.

Compensation and Benefits

$55,000 - $60,000 per year, with opportunities for advancement and professional growth.

Work Schedule

1st Shift (6am-2:30pm, Monday-Friday) (Rotating Weekends)

2nd Shift (2pm-10:30pm, Monday-Friday) (Rotating Weekends)

3rd Shift (10:00pm-6:30am, Monday-Friday) (Rotating Weekends)
