Job Summary

Mobilelink is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Bilingual Retail Store Manager to lead our sales and operations team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and ensuring operational excellence in our retail stores.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop a high-performing sales team to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth and improve market share.
  • Ensure operational excellence in all aspects of store operations, including inventory management, customer service, and loss prevention.
  • Partner with district managers and other stakeholders to launch new products and services.
  • Recruit, hire, and develop successful store sales teams.
  • Provide coaching and training to employees to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Respond to customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner.

Requirements

  • Bilingual in English and Spanish.
  • Two years of proven retail sales management experience.
  • Two years of recruiting, hiring, and developing successful store sales teams.
  • Excellent sales skills and ability to meet or exceed performance standards.
  • Ability to motivate, lead, and develop others.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Valid driver's license and auto insurance.
