Position Overview:
As a Senior Client Manager, P&C, Middle Market (Hybrid), you will be responsible for delivering external support to clients within your designated portfolio, collaborating with our Middle Market P&C team and guiding the client management support team to ensure client satisfaction and retention.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary service contact for clients, identifying, designing, and implementing effective Property & Casualty solutions to manage risk appropriately.
  • Work closely with Sales/Business Development and Client Executive teams to meet new business, retention, and growth objectives.
  • Maintain a book of business tailored to client complexity and service requirements.
  • Ensure timely and professional delivery of all client service needs, including contract reviews, coverage inquiries, proposals, and certificate management.
  • Support agency relationships by engaging with client contacts at all levels.
  • Oversee the onboarding process for new clients, collaborating with Sales/Business Development to gather necessary information for compliance standards.

Minimum Qualifications:
A college degree is advantageous but not mandatory. You should have a minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience in the Property & Casualty Insurance industry, with a focus on client management and support.

Certifications:
A Property & Casualty License is required, with CIC, CPCU, or similar P&C accreditation preferred.
