Job Description

We're seeking a seasoned Sales Development Director to lead our North America team. As a key member of our sales leadership team, you'll be responsible for driving revenue growth, building a high-performing team, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy for the North America region, driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base.
  • Lead and coach a team of sales development representatives, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet or exceed their sales targets.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop and execute targeted campaigns, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Identify and recruit top sales talent, developing a high-performing team that can drive business growth.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to drive growth.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of sales leadership experience, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth.
  • Deep understanding of the North America sales landscape, with a strong network of contacts and relationships.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a high-performing team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Experience with sales engagement tools and technologies, with a strong understanding of how to leverage them to drive sales growth.
