Administrative Services Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Services Coordinator to join our team at Partners In Diversity, Inc.
The estimated salary for this position is $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.
This role will involve the administration of maintenance for facility assets, including buildings, residences, grounds, and equipment. The successful candidate will administer various facility management service and supplier contracts, plan, schedule, and direct contractors and maintenance personnel performing facility construction, operations, and maintenance activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage facility contracts, ensuring compliance with specifications and standards.
- Coordinate with contractors, staff, and management to ensure smooth project execution.
- Analyze data to create reports and present findings to senior management.
- Maintain schedules, coordinate contractors and staff trades, and keep management informed on all elements of each repair or project.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in a related field and six years of relevant experience; or Master's degree from an accredited college or university in a related field and four years of relevant experience; or two years in a MWD Analyst classification.
- Expert knowledge of MS Office (PWPT and Excel).
- Knowledge in Facility Management operations and services.
- A minimum of 4 years' experience in a Contract Administration/Management position in a building/facility maintenance/management environment is also required.
- Possess excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
