Campaign Manager Role Overview

OTK Media is seeking a highly skilled Campaign Manager to join our team. As a key player in our marketing efforts, you will be responsible for overseeing and executing marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, print, and events.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage marketing campaigns involving up to ~20 talents, ensuring all aspects of campaign planning, execution, and evaluation are carried out effectively and efficiently.
  • Manage and deploy assigned campaign budgets up to $200,000 per campaign, as assigned by your Department Head.
  • Develop comprehensive marketing campaign plans aligned with organizational goals and target audience insights.
  • Oversee the implementation of marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, print, events, and more.
  • Collaborate with creative teams to develop compelling campaign assets, including visuals, copywriting, videos, and other creative materials.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, such as engagement, conversion rates, ROI, and other KPIs.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients and partners, providing regular updates on campaign progress, addressing feedback and concerns, and ensuring overall client satisfaction and campaign success.

Requirements

  • 1 year of experience in campaign management or a similar role.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing marketing campaigns from conception to execution.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and/or Google Sheets, slides, documents, etc.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and metrics to drive campaign optimization and performance.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Attention to detail and a focus on delivering high-quality results.
