Job Summary

LALA US, Inc. is seeking a skilled Maintenance Reliability Supervisor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing a plant machine reliability program, focusing on preventive maintenance work design and predictive processes. This role will partner with operations to increase productivity and profitability within the facility and reduce downtime.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a plant machine reliability program to improve equipment availability and reduce maintenance costs.
  • Partner with operations to identify and prioritize maintenance activities that support business objectives.
  • Provide expertise and training to subordinates in interpreting product specifications and completing preventive work orders.
  • Collaborate with the Maintenance Scheduler on PM implementation and with the Utilities Lead and Technicians to ensure effective maintenance practices.
  • Ensure compliance with GFSI (SQF), HACCP programs, and validate the effectiveness of procedures that ensure food safety/quality standards.
Requirements
  • Five or more years of experience in industrial maintenance with at least two or more years of experience in a leadership capacity.
  • Prior experience in food and beverage manufacturing environment with familiarity with quality, GMP and hygiene regulations preferred.
  • Prior experience with pneumatics, hydraulics, electric systems, PLC control systems and communication systems.
  • Previous experience with CMMS systems and reliability program development.
  • Knowledge of preventative maintenance programs with a grasp of financial factors in maintenance.
