Job Title:
Reliability Engineer


The Reliability Engineer is responsible for evaluating the reliability of assigned site equipment, components, and manufacturing processes by using engineering methodologies and tools.


This role focuses on providing root cause analysis to identify equipment problems, recommend and implement maintenance solutions, and provide education and training to keep technical assets running smoothly.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct equipment reliability assessments and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Develop and implement maintenance plans to prevent equipment failures.
  • Collaborate with production teams to identify and resolve equipment-related issues.
  • Provide training and education to production staff on equipment operation and maintenance.


Requirements:

  • Manufacturing background with experience in continuous improvement.
  • Troubleshooting mindset with ability to analyze complex problems.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


Work Environment:

This is a fully on-site position in a large manufacturing facility producing sheet metal for shelving units. The environment is noisy due to fabrication and manufacturing lines. Engineers will spend most of their time on the floor, working alongside production support and on projects to modernize and innovate equipment.
