Job Title: Maintenance Electrical Superintendent

At JBS USA Holdings, Inc., we are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Electrical Superintendent to join our team. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for supervising a team of technicians, providing leadership and direction to the plant maintenance tech department, and ensuring the smooth operation of our electrical systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and lead a team of technicians to ensure the efficient and effective maintenance of electrical systems.
  • Develop and implement preventative maintenance programs to minimize downtime and ensure optimal system performance.
  • Manage and maintain inventory of electrical components and materials, and ensure that all necessary parts and materials are available when needed.
  • Collaborate with the plant engineer to develop and implement maintenance schedules and plans to ensure that all electrical systems are properly maintained and repaired.
  • Conduct regular safety audits and inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.
  • Develop and implement training programs to ensure that technicians have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Manage and maintain records of maintenance activities, including work orders, inventory, and safety inspections.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure that maintenance activities are aligned with business objectives and goals.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in electrical maintenance, with a focus on supervisory or leadership roles.
  • Strong knowledge of electrical systems, including circuit analysis, motor control, and electrical safety.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and direct a team of technicians.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on safety and quality.
