About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. Customer Success Manager to join our team at Verint Systems. As a key member of our customer success organization, you will be responsible for driving customer value and growth through strategic account planning, customer engagement, and relationship building.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Success Planning: Develop and execute customized success plans to meet the unique needs and goals of our customers.
  • Account Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Product Adoption: Collaborate with customers to increase adoption and usage of our solutions, driving business outcomes and growth.
  • Health Score Management: Evaluate customer health scores using tools like Totango and provide actionable insights to drive improvement.
  • Feedback and Advocacy: Collect and share customer feedback to inform product development and drive business growth.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum 7-10 years of experience in a customer-facing role focused on customer success.
  • Skills: Proven ability to drive continuous value, strong relationship-building skills, and proficiency in quickly learning and understanding software.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
Preferred Requirements
  • Renewal and Growth Experience: Prior experience in closing renewals and/or professional services opportunities.
  • Success Platform Experience: Experience with Totango or other success platforms.
