We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate House Parent to join our team at Images of Glory, Inc. Our residential children's home provides a safe and supportive environment for girls aged 6-17.

Responsibilities
  • Provide daily care and attention to the emotional, educational, physical, and social needs of the children
  • Identify and address spiritual needs, correct negative behavior, and provide guidance and support
  • Plan and implement activities, events, and educational programs to promote the children's development and well-being
  • Collaborate with other staff members to maintain a cohesive and supportive family unit
  • Transport children and complete required paperwork
Requirements
  • At least 28 years old
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent driving record
  • No criminal history
  • Experience working with at-risk or human trafficked youth
