Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Relationship Specialist to join our team at our Green Brook, NJ branch. As a Relationship Specialist, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our members, providing exceptional customer service, and promoting our financial products and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to members, responding to their needs and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with members, understanding their financial goals and objectives, and providing personalized recommendations to meet their needs.
  • Promote our financial products and services to members, ensuring they are aware of the benefits and features of our offerings.
  • Work closely with other team members to achieve sales and service goals, and to provide a seamless member experience.
  • Stay up-to-date on our products and services, and maintain a deep understanding of our member's needs and preferences.

Requirements
  • At least 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a financial services setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with members and colleagues.
  • A strong understanding of financial products and services, and the ability to provide personalized recommendations to members.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and to prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities.
