Program Highlights

The RN Resident is responsible for delivering high-quality, patient-centered care in alignment with departmental requirements and nursing standards.

In partnership with medical professionals and care team members, the RN Resident provides tailored, compassionate care, utilizing established nursing models such as Assess, Perform, Teach, and Manage. The RN Resident advocates for patients and their families, ensuring an exceptional patient experience.

Key Responsibilities

As an RN Resident, you will:

  • Assess patient conditions upon admission and throughout shifts, reporting any changes
  • Execute procedures and monitor patient care as directed by medical providers
  • Document care provided in patient medical records promptly and accurately
  • Respond to patient requests with urgency and compassion
  • Educate patients and families about medical conditions, treatment plans, and medications

Qualifications include an Associate or Bachelor's degree in Nursing and a Registered Nurse License or Graduate Nurse status in the relevant state. Previous experience is not required, and some travel may be necessary for training.
