We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Clinical Transition Unit team at Methodist Hospital Stone Oak. As a Registered Nurse in this role, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse patient population and contribute to the delivery of high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Apply the nursing process, critical thinking skills, and scientific judgment to independently deliver safe nursing care to patients.
  • Collaborate with the patient care team to achieve quality patient outcomes.
  • Provide effective communication, confidence, and professionalism in all interactions with patients, families, and colleagues.

Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited diploma, associates, or baccalaureate degree registered nursing program.
  • Minimum of six (6) months of clinical experience as a licensed Registered Nurse.
  • Current Registered Nurse License in the State of Texas or Multi-State Compact License.
  • Current American Heart Association BLS Certification.
