Role Overview
The Clinical Nurse Supervisor (CNS) is responsible for ensuring the delivery of exceptional, patient-centered care while overseeing all departmental functions during assigned shifts. Collaborating with management, the CNS directs and evaluates nursing practices in line with established protocols, serving as a resource for the nursing team and embodying the organization’s values to enhance patient experiences and clinical outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate efficient admission and discharge processes to optimize patient care.
- Participate in the continuous evaluation of care quality within the unit.
- Support initiatives aimed at improving staff engagement and operational effectiveness.
- Assist in the recruitment, training, and development of nursing personnel.
- Manage staff scheduling and ensure adherence to productivity standards.
- Oversee inventory management and supply control.

About Our Unit
Our 29-bed Medical Surgical unit provides care for a diverse range of patients, including those with chronic conditions such as diabetes and cardiac issues.

Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program (diploma, associate, or baccalaureate degree).
- Minimum of 2 years of RN experience in an acute care environment.
