Executive Chef Assistant

At AccorHotel, we're seeking a skilled and dedicated Jr. Sous Chef to join our culinary team. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional dining experiences for our guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Executive Chef in menu planning, food preparation, and kitchen operations.
- Ensure that all kitchen areas are clean, organized, and well-stocked with necessary equipment and supplies.
- Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of recipes, production schedules, and plating guides.
- Prepare menu items according to department standards and yield guides.
- Anticipate guests' needs, respond promptly, and maintain positive guest and colleague relations.
- Monitor and maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of assigned work areas.
Requirements:
- At least 4 years of similar Food and Beverage experience.
- Working knowledge of knives, knife skills, and small wares equipment.
- Working knowledge of health, safety, and sanitation procedures.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to lead and mentor a team.
