Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilize a battery or LPG forklift to maneuver, lift, stack, or transport materials and equipment across various sections of the facility for storage or retrieval.
  • Employ RF display technology to receive instructions for the placement or retrieval of stock.
  • Conduct inventory checks on the work floor and provide necessary materials to team members as required.
  • Load and unload materials from pallets, skids, cages, trailers, or lifting devices, ensuring proper storage in high-bay or reserve locations.
  • Scan labels and barcodes to electronically assign cartons or pallets to designated locations.
  • Complete daily forklift service documentation for routine maintenance or to report malfunctions.
  • Inspect all pallets and slip sheets for any damaged cases, broken pallets, or improperly organized items that may pose safety or quality concerns.

Minimum Qualifications:

Candidates must successfully pass written and driving assessments conducted by the facility to obtain a lift license in accordance with company standards.

Experience Requirements:

A minimum of 6 months of experience as a licensed forklift operator or at least 3 months of service within the company in an entry-level position is required.
