About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Business Development Center Agent to join our team at Adventure Subaru. As a key member of our sales and service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer service and problem-solving skills to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Create and maintain business relationships with current and potential customers to drive business growth
  • Answer high volumes of incoming calls in a friendly and courteous manner
  • Prioritize customer needs to ensure highest degree of customer satisfaction
  • Accurately enter new customer information into the system and verify existing customer information
  • Schedule service appointments accurately and efficiently
  • Contact customers by phone, email, and text to follow up on service appointments
  • Check email and chats frequently and respond to inquiries immediately
  • Maintain positive relationships with teammates, advisors, technicians, and management
  • Make outbound calls to generate service appointments
  • Troubleshoot problems and provide information on status of repairs
  • Log all customer comments and communicate customer concerns with teammates and BDC Team Leader
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures
Requirements
  • At least one previous role-based customer service experience
  • Excellent teamwork and collaborative attitude
  • Prompt and courteous demeanor
  • Positive and hardworking personality
  • Strong computer skills
  • Valid driver's license
