Job Title: Contract Administration Manager

Jobot is seeking a seasoned Contract Administration Manager to join our rapidly growing team. This is an exceptional opportunity for a professional who is passionate about healthcare and has a keen eye for detail.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage all aspects of contract administration, including contract development, negotiation, execution, and compliance.
  • Ensure all contracts, grants, and agreements comply with company policies and procedures, as well as federal and state regulations.
  • Utilize UGMS/TxGMS for grant management and tracking.
  • Conduct regular audits of contracts and grants to ensure compliance and identify any potential issues or discrepancies.
  • Develop and implement efficient contract management and administration processes and procedures.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for all contract-related queries, both internally and externally.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure contracts align with organizational objectives and strategies.
  • Use advanced Excel skills to track, analyze, and report on contract performance and compliance.
  • Provide training and guidance to staff on contract administration and management procedures and best practices.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices in contract administration and management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in contract administration or management, preferably in the healthcare industry.
  • Proven experience with grants, UGMS/TxGMS is required.
  • Advanced Excel skills are a must.
  • Experience in auditing is essential.
  • Strong knowledge of federal and state regulations related to contracts and grants in the healthcare industry.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple contracts and grants simultaneously.
  • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, demanding, and complex work environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions based on accurate and timely analyses.
  • High level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency and results-orientation.
