About the Role

As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for designing and implementing training programs that drive sales performance and growth. You'll work closely with our District Sales Managers to identify areas for improvement and develop targeted solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and deliver training programs that meet the needs of our sales team

- Collaborate with our sales leaders to identify areas for improvement and develop targeted solutions

- Analyze sales data to inform training program development and optimization

Requirements

- 3+ years of experience in sales training or a related field

- Proven track record of success in developing and delivering training programs

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred Qualifications

- Bilingual in Spanish and English

- Experience working in a fast-paced sales environment

- Knowledge of sales performance metrics and analysis
