Job Title: Customer Service Specialist - Contract Division

BHS Corrugated North America is seeking a skilled professional to join our team in our Knoxville, TN facility. As a Customer Service Specialist - Contract Division, you will be responsible for coordinating all activities associated with contract support for corrugating rolls.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure contract compliance and initiate corrective action as necessary.
  • Maintain quarterly reports to identify customer overages and audit status.
  • Prioritize shipments based on customer needs and urgency, scheduling planned shipments three months in advance.
  • Perform all standard work required for NICE contract customers, including issuing timely and accurate invoices, scheduling semi-annual audits, and communicating inventory requirements.
  • Handle and process customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner, identifying support needs and maintaining good negotiating skills.
  • Provide VOC to the BHS team, including concerns, expectations, and strategic thoughts.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years' experience in a professional customer service or account manager role.
  • Excellent communication skills, verbal and written, with the ability to interact with all levels of customer organization.
  • Strong customer focus, demonstrated ability to develop and maintain positive customer relationships.
  • Excellent organizational and documentation skills, with the ability to multitask and ensure extended tasks are followed up and completed.
  • Self-directed and motivated, with the ability to establish own tasks list and work with little supervision.
  • Must have the desire and ability to learn products relevant to assigned customer base.
  • Problem-solving and negotiation skills.
  • Intermediate Excel skills required.
  • Experience working with Microsoft products.
  • Ability to work at a computer for 8 hours a day and lift up to 20 pounds.
  • SAP experience.
