Job Title: IT Manager

Insight Global is seeking an experienced IT Manager to lead our IT service team in Las Vegas, NV.

This role is pivotal in building solid foundations and steering the company through its next growth phases.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and motivate a diverse team of technicians to excel in their roles daily.
  • Cultivate and enhance the company culture, adding your unique perspective to foster a positive, inclusive, and dynamic work environment.
  • Act as a key ambassador for the company brand, engaging with businesses and residents across the area to promote our services and values.
  • Oversee daily operations, ensuring the shop maintains high performance levels, operational efficiency, and exceptional service delivery.
  • Drive business growth by expanding the use of our services among local businesses, utilizing strategic planning, marketing, and client engagement tactics.
  • Collaborate closely with ownership and other key stakeholders to identify and implement improvements across all business aspects, from service offerings to customer experience and operational processes.
Requirements:
  • Experience in revenue growth strategies for retail or service-based businesses.
  • Proficiency in networking with other businesses through events, meetups, and community engagement.
  • Minimum of 5+ years of hands-on hardware and software experience from a desktop support perspective.
  • 2+ years of leadership experience with the ability to inspire others, train, and manage KPIs.
  • Strong IT field service background and customer service skills.
  • Solutions oriented mindset with a sense of urgency along with being detail oriented.
  • In-depth experience with O365 x MS Environment, Azure technologies, and Networking (Routers, Switches, Server Racks, etc.).
