Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Electronics Technician Senior Level to join our team at Waveforce Electrical. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the installation, repair, and maintenance of complex electrical systems on ships, barges, and submarines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Expertly install, test, and repair electrical cabling and electronic equipment on shipboard systems.
  • Lead multiple electronic teams in the execution of multiple electronics work items or ship alterations.
  • Track and report job physical progress and budgets to Shipboard Supervisor and/or Project Manager.
  • Perform all work in accordance with the established policies and procedures detailed in the Waveforce Electrical Safety Manual.

Requirements:

  • Five (5) years direct experience in shipboard electronic installation and repair services.
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • NSI 009-73 Qualified Connector Fabrication Certification.
  • NSI 009-123 Fiber Optic Handling, Termination and Testing Certification.
