Key Responsibilities

- Prepares reports and presentations for internal leadership, ensuring consistency in policies and processes across the organization.
Qualifications
- A Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field and a minimum of five years of progressive experience in patient relations or customer service management within a healthcare setting.
- Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse individuals.
- Proficient in problem-solving and maintaining professionalism in challenging situations, with a strong commitment to customer service and continuous improvement.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in an acute-care hospital or clinical environment is preferred.
- Additional relevant education and experience are advantageous.
