About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Patient Experience Specialist Senior to join our team at Foundation Health Services. This is a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the patient experience and contribute to the success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve patient satisfaction and experience across the organization.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to identify and address patient concerns and complaints.
  • Provide education and training to staff on patient experience and customer service best practices.
  • Conduct regular patient satisfaction surveys and analyze results to inform quality improvement initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with patients, families, and community partners to ensure a positive patient experience.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and a minimum of five years of experience in patient relations or customer service management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and address patient concerns and complaints.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer service and patient satisfaction.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous acute-care hospital or clinical experience.
  • Additional related education and/or experience.
