Join Our Behavioral Health Team

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Clinician-Opioid Treatment Program to join our team at Behavioral Health Network in Greenfield, MA. This role will provide high-quality community-based care to individuals struggling with drug and alcohol addiction.

About the Role
As a Clinician-Opioid Treatment Program, you will be responsible for monitoring the overall health and well-being of our clients, providing clinical support regarding behavioral health and substance use issues, and assisting with medication treatment and administration. Your experience and knowledge will support our Opioid Treatment Clinic (OTP/MAT) program in delivering evidence-based medication protocols approved by the Medical Director.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need a Master's Degree in Social Work, Psychology, or Mental Health Counseling. Maintain current licensure and certifications required. Six months of experience in human services is preferred. A valid driver's license and reliable car available for working hours are necessary. Additionally, you should have a commitment to consumer empowerment, growth, human rights, and community integration. Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills are essential, as well as working knowledge of DPH regulations and familiarity with internet, word processing, and email systems.

Compensation
The estimated salary range for this position is $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience. We offer a competitive compensation package, including benefits and time off benefits available.
