Job Title: Media Strategy Supervisor

At Publicis Health Media, we're seeking a highly skilled Media Strategy Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our strategy team, you will be responsible for defining daily functional management of client needs and assisting in the leadership of the strategy team.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop in-depth understanding of the role of media channels in a plan
  • Further develop expertise in different media research tools
  • Provide support to the Director, Strategy and VP, Strategy
  • Manage a team of direct reports and manage them in onboarding, performance management, and training processes
  • Manage and delegate team workload, responsible for outcomes and deliverables of the team
  • Coach team to achieve client and agency requests
  • Manage multiple accounts, transitioning between them to conduct activities such as providing initial perspectives on media strategies, input to clients to shape marketing priorities, and developing daily relationships with clients
  • Oversee overall media strategy, approach, and plan on each account, managing media channel mix and initial budget allocation & rationale
  • Represent the interests of other capability teams in client and agency partner meetings
  • Collaborate with internal leaders to ensure strategic agreement of deliverables with client needs
  • Pursue continuous improvement of self, team, and client deliverables
Qualifications:
  • 4-5+ years media planning or strategy experience
  • Familiarity with the total marketing process and the strategic role of media
  • Expertise in media software Tardiis and MediaTools
  • 0-6 months experience managing at least one direct report or interest in people managing
  • 0-1+ year exposure to cross-channel media knowledge
  • Familiarity with standard media research and planning tools (e.g. Clear Decisions)
  • 0-1+ years previous pharma media experience, across a diverse set of conditions, disease states, and audiences (DTC, HCP, Payer)
