MacAllister Machinery is seeking an experienced sales professional to join our team as a Highway Sales Representative. This role will be responsible for achieving sales and profit goals by promoting and selling service programs, preventive maintenance contracts, parts, and additional repair programs within MacAllister's service territory for the Transportation Division.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 years' industry experience, with at least 2 years' sales experience preferably with OE engines and/or competitive products. They will also possess excellent organizational, influence, and negotiation skills, as well as excellent communication, customer service, and prospecting skills.

This position requires the ability to approach the sales process creatively and in a professional and consultative manner, with a strong knowledge of the market and the product. The ideal candidate will also have excellent leadership skills, including decision-making, creative thinking, and goal-setting skills.

The estimated salary for this position is $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience. Benefits include comprehensive health insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
