Position Overview:

As a Senior Contract Administrator, you will leverage your negotiation skills and organizational acumen to oversee essential documentation. You will be responsible for comprehensive life cycle strategic contracts administration and support for our Intelligence Community (IC) clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Negotiate and manage contracts with the U.S. Government and subcontract agreements with both large and small business prime contractors across various contract types.
  • Facilitate the negotiation of Teaming and Non-disclosure Agreements, as well as Organizational Conflict of Interest plans.
  • Conduct thorough reviews and analyses of solicitations to identify potential risks and propose effective strategies, ensuring compliance with requirements and advising on pricing approaches.
  • Provide guidance on contractual obligations, customer specifications, and relevant government regulations.
  • Collaborate with a dynamic team, utilizing your acquisition expertise to drive positive outcomes.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience in contract administration, negotiations, or proposal development.
  • Familiarity with various contract types, including fixed-price, time and materials, and cost-reimbursable contracts.
  • Proven experience in negotiating teaming or non-disclosure agreements with industry partners.
  • Ability to review terms and conditions or statements of work to identify risk areas and implement risk mitigation strategies in line with company policies.
  • Understanding of federal government contracting and the Contractor Performance Assessment Reporting System (CPARS).
  • Knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and agency-specific supplements.
  • Strong capability to build and maintain relationships with both internal and external clients.
  • Possession of a Top Secret clearance.
  • High School Diploma or GED.

Additional Qualifications:

  • Ability to manage a diverse portfolio of contracts of varying size, scope, and complexity.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong analytical skills for problem-solving and risk mitigation.

Clearance Requirement:

Selected applicants will undergo a security investigation and must meet eligibility criteria for access to classified information; a Top Secret clearance is mandatory.
